Lake Nakuru

Lake Nakuru is a shallow alkaline lake in Kenya’s Great Rift Valley, famous for its scenic beauty and rich birdlife, especially flamingos that often gather along its shores. The lake sits within a protected ecosystem of grasslands, woodlands, and rocky cliffs that support a wide range of wildlife.
